ORDER
Sub: Subscription to the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Fund.
Ref: Finance (Insurance) Department notification No. 5(5)FD/Insurance/2020 dated 9-4-2021 and FD (Rules) Memorandum No. F.1(4)FD/Rules/2021 dated 15-04-2020.
In pursuance of the provisions at point No. 1 of the aforesaid notification dated 9-4-2021 and para 10 of Memorandum dated 15-04-2020, the Governor is pleased to order that the rates of subscription to the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Fund will be as under:
Employees who are drawing pay in the prescribed levels in the Pay Matrix as prescribed under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 and in the scale of pay structure identical to the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017-

Note:
1. This order shall come into force from 1-7-2021 i.e. subscription shall be commenced from the salary for the month of July, 2021 payable on 1st August, 2021.
2. Employees who were recruited on or after 1-1-2004 will have option either to continue with Raj Mediclaim Policy or to register themselves in RGHS as new beneficiary. In case they opt to register themselves in RGHS, then they will have to make subscription on the rates as mentioned in Column No. 4 of above table.
3. Retired employees who were recruited on or after 1-1-2004 will have to make subscription on the monthly rate or make one time subscription for 10 years for life time validity on the rates as mentioned in Column No. 4 of above table.
4. Subscription in RGHS fund shall be made in Budget Head 8342-00-120-(69) of RGHS.
